SARASOTA MAINLAND
Cherokee Park.
Cherokee Park transcends the times with its wide, quiet streets,
gracious, traditional homes, and tropical mature trees. Many of the
homes in this well-established neighborhood have been recently
renovated.
Downtown.
From new luxury condominiums facing the bay to renovated apartments
and a delightful mix of both new and refurnished single-family

Gulf Gate.
This tranquil, older neighborhood features the classic Florida home

One of Sarasota's signature neighborhoods, South Gate is a community

unpretentious ranch-style houses, easily identifiable by their
concrete and stucco exteriors, barrel tile roofs and well-tended
lawns.
THE KEYS
Part of a
string of barrier islands that extends southward from Anna Maria
Island to the Florida Keys, the Sarasota barrier islands of Longboat
Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key, Casey Key and Manasota Key each have
their own unique character and lifestyle and feature some of the
areas most distinctive properties. Sarasota’s extensive waterways
also harbor other island communities.
Bird Key.
Bird Key is located off the John Ringling causeway between downtown
Sarasota and Lido Key. This exclusive gated community is a boater’s
paradise with deepwater canals and a private yacht club. Its 510
homes include spectacular bay front estates, some owned by
celebrities.
Casey Key.
Nearly every home has a view of the Gulf on this narrow, secluded
island located south of Siesta Key between the Gulf of Mexico and
Blackburn Bay. One of Florida’s most prestigious addresses, Casey
Key consists almost entirely of single-family homes and offers
unparalleled privacy, uncrowded beaches and some of Sarasota’s most
exceptional properties.
Lido Key / St. Armands Key. Lido
Key is located just west of downtown Sarasota via the John Ringling
Bridge. It is also accessible by bridge to Longboat Key to the
north. Features include St. Armands Circle, a world-renowned
shopping and dining destination; South Lido Park, a 100-acre natural
waterfront park; and Lido Public Beach. The Gulf, Bay and

Longboat Key.
The northernmost of
the Sarasota barrier islands, Longboat Key is located half in
Manatee County and half in Sarasota County. The 11-mile island
paradise is connected by bridge to Anna Maria Island to the north
and Lido Key to the south. Home of world-class golf and tennis
resorts, Longboat Key is a wonderland of manicured fairways and
opulent high-rise condominiums lining the Gulf of Mexico.
Manasota Key.
The southernmost
island in Sarasota County, quaint Manasota Key has no high-rise
buildings or traffic lights. It is accessible by two bridges,
one in Sarasota County and one in Charlotte County. A
two-lane, canopied road runs the length of the key with properties
on both sides, many of them spanning both the bay-front and
gulf-front. Pristine beaches include a state park and wildlife
sanctuary on the far south end of the key.
Siesta Key.
Home of the “world’s whitest sand beach,” Siesta Key is an
eight-mile island connected to the mainland by two bridges. The
feel of an Old Florida tropical island is enhanced with mature
trees, lush foliage and flowering plants. A mix of residential
options range from waterfront homes and mid-rise condominiums to
quaint beach cottages.
NOKOMIS
Baypoint.
Is comprised of a diverse group of ages,
incomes and nationalities. A truly diverse area of Sarasota
county, adjacent to Venice with access to one of the most beautiful

Calusa Lakes.
Located on
