Summer 2007
Healey closed on nearly $13
million in sales in the traditionally slow months between late June
and early September. Equally noteworthy is that the five sales
represented homes in every price range—from $249,000 up to nearly $5
million—in neighborhoods as diverse as Nokomis, Bird Key, The
Founders Club and Manasota Key. According to Healey, her
success has been primarily based on pricing and presentation. “It’s
getting back to the basics by putting the ‘real’ back in real
estate,” she said.

Terri had an incredible opportunity to develop and market resort
waterfront property off the coast of Honduras. She spent a year in Roatan, the Bay Islands, located in the Caribbean,
working in partnership with a Denver Colorado company to market
Palmetto Bay Plantation, a
105-acre, pristine waterfront development of exotic, tropical,
Polynesian-Bali style residences.
She has spent
the past 9-years refining her skills as a residential waterfront
real estate specialist/consultant. Beginning at a friends' small
family boutique brokerage on the exclusive Gasparilla Island, in
Boca Grand, she found increased client interest in waterfront
properties. Having lived on Treasure Island, Longboat Key, and now
off the southern end of Casey Key, she utilized her expertise to address the emerging market need
as an affiliate
with Michael Saunders
& Company.
